เรื่องราว 25 ปี หลังจากที่เกิดการฆาตกรรมโหดร้ายอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งเป็นเหตุการณ์สุดช็อคที่เกิดขึ้นในเมืองเงียบ ๆ ที่ชื่อว่า วูดส์โบโร ปัจจุบัน มีนักฆ่ารายใหม่ที่สวมหน้ากากโกสต์เฟซปิดบังใบหน้า และเริ่มออกไล่ล่ากลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่รื้อฟื้นความลับของเมืองในอดีต

The story is set 25 years after a series of brutal murders. A shocking turn of events takes place in a quiet town called Woodsboro. Now, a new assassin is wearing a Ghostface mask to cover his face. and begins to hunt down a group of teenagers who resurrect the secrets of the city’s past.
